It has now been 3 months, since we paid a deposit to Maintenance On Call. Handre requested a deposit of R2000 for work to be done, after 3 days and no work has been done we started getting worried. Whne I eventually got hold of Nita, they were somewhere in the South Coast on Holiday, probably spending my money. We agreed to give them untill the 3rd of January to conclude the work, regardless of the agreement nothing has been done untill this day. I was forced to get another company involved to do the work, while we were still following up on the deposit refund. We reported this to the Police, which informed us they can not assist since this a breach of contract we need to go to the small claims court, our lawyers are now busy with this process and we hope to have our money back sometime this year.
