I renovated my pool on 23/09/2009 with fiberglass linings done by Burrow Pools. They guarantee their work for five years. In 2011 I noticed that the pools lining became loose. I contacted the owner Andy Burrows several times not responding to the problem. My wife's colleague phoned Andy from her cell phone, telling him she needs repairs done to her pool giving him our address. He never came back to her. This was in July 2012. My wife phoned Andy again on the 7/11/2012 and he said he is very busy at the moment but will see us in January 2013. On the 7/01/2013 my wife phoned him and his answer was he is not sure when his workers will return to work. I do not know what Andy's problem is. I would like him to come and have a look at the problem and tell me when he is going to fix the pool which he should have done from the start. I think he plays for time and hope the guarantee expires. I do not want to rely on if and maybe's. Maybe I must take this to court. In the end it is going to cost him more than fixing the pool.
