No responsibility accepted for water damage caused during high pressure washing of roof. Specified roof repairs not carried out as per quotation and materials not supplied as per quotation - owner had to supply materials for roof repairs due to non delivery of correct materials by contractor. Contractor attempted to use small off-cuts of wood from previous jobs to effect repairs of 2 metre sections of under tile woodwork, and did not even supply nails for the job - all materials were to be supplied by contractor. No supervision of contractor's employees during repair work - they were left to their own devices after being given general information of work to be performed. Contractor could often not be reached by telephone. Bill for work done was not reduced to compensate for non-delivery of quoted items.
