Swimming pool re-marbelited and paving around pool with 10 year guarantee. Paving subsided and stains in pool appeared within one month. Independant assessor for NHBRC found innumerable problems with all the work performed.
OPINION
The appearance of the Swimming Pool in very poor as it contains the many blemishes mentioned.
The Paving has been very badly laid to a poor standard including the copings that have been laid out-of-square.
I recommend that a copy of this report is urgently forwarded to the Contractor for his comments and proposed actions, as all the mentioned defects should be rectified within the scope of standard Guarantee.
Numerous emails and phone calls have not resulted in any commitment to fixing pool and paving.
