Defective Part

My geysers masterflow was leaking and i went and buy a new cardrigh at Blits Elektries. After i replaced it with the old one the water stoped. The new product only lasted for 2 weeks and the problem was wors. went back to Blits elektries and explained the problem to them. Wicus told me that he could not exchange or refund me. We had to fill in service request and fax it to cobla. he said he was not going to take the lose and we had to wait for cobra to come and replace it themselfs. The form was faxed to cobra and Wicus told us that they will phone us when they will come and look at the problem. He also said that they are very quick.
We faxed the form on the 7th of March 2013 and today is the 11th of march.
Im a pensioner and now i have to go out of my yard every time to open my stop velve to use get water. cant leave the stop velve open because then all the water runs onto my seeling.
i cant belive that i have to wait for the manufacturer fron cobra to come and help me and Blits Elektries said they are not going to carry th loss. it would be the same as to go tp a TV seller and tell him my TV is broken and he tells me tho wait for the manufacturer to come and have a look at it.
