Was promised a delivery time of 5 weeks and had to wait over 3 months for a sofa. This wait was made more frustrating by the fact that they never got back to me, despite their promises, when I was following up on my order.
When it finally arrived, I noted that it was much smaller than the size that was specified in the quote. After acknowledging their mistake they offered me a 15% discount on the purchase price, or I could wait for them to produce a full size unit. As the smaller unit would not work in the space provided, and I was not prepared to wait another 3 months for a full size unit, I asked for a refund (as their terms require a 50% up-front deposit and the balance to be paid in full, 2 days prior to delivery).
Their sales staff informed me that they were not prepared to give me a refund, so I asked to speak to the CEO. After trying to get hold of him on a number of occasions he finally returned my call, which ended with him promising to call back the following day. Over one week later and I'm still waiting to hear from him, whilst my attempts to get hold of him again have proved unsuccessful.
Stay away from this company, they are no better than common criminals!
