Once they have your 80% deposit its your problem

I ordered a solar geyser from Suntank on 8 Feb 2013 and was told to pay 80% before they will start the installation. I paid the 80% deposit and was told that the installation will happen in 4 days (my geyser burst and I needed a replacement). They game on the Tuesday to install the geyser. After damaging a wooden door on top floor, they installed the geyser but tripped the electricity of the house when they switched on the circuit breaker. I then learned that is wasn't a qualified electrician or electrician at all that wired the geyser into the house. They did change something and got the geyser not to trip the elctricity. They left and when I got home there wasn't a solar panel. I called Wednesday morning to asked if they have completed the installation and was told they did. When I asked about the solar panel, Jessica was surprised that there wasn't a solar panel and promised to call me back which was an empty promised. I had to call every time to find out what was happening. I asked to speak to her manager, Nicky, which also promised to call me back-same result. Eventually they promise to do it on 7 March 2013 - as expected no show and I have a solarless solar geyser and -R15000
