On the morning of the 19th of December 2012 I met with Mr. Arendse from AST Electrical. His company was suggested to my by the City Of Cape Town to install a pre paid meter at my flat in Three Anchor Bay. He brought all the relevant documentation, did a survey of the property and its electrical requirements and said he would be able to have a box installed in the next two days. He also saw that one of my kitchen sink taps were missing and said he could replace that for me too. Then he asked for the money up front which I gave and sent me this invoice later. I then proceeded to EFT the outstanding R600 into his account as well.
