AAA Electrical responded to an urgent call by me on Saturday evening 2nd February 2013 and fixed the problem quickly in a very professional manner. They charged me R6, 837.72 which I agreed to pay, and paid immediately via Credit Card. As the cost seemed excessive I faxed the company a request for a breakdown of the costs on 3rd February. A subsequent phone call to the company confirmed that they had received my fax. I have since made six further calls to the company who have had various people call me back with promises to supply the details I have requested. I received an email from the company this morning (26th February) but it only repeats the total amount charged as per the invoice (133628) without any further breakdown. I have replied to this email repeating my request. This query is now 23 days outstanding.
