When my old geyser broke a year ago, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to have solar panels installed. The foreign workmen arrived and started removing roof tiles and sawing off wooden roof structure to install the geyser, while it was raining! They dropped their tool bucket through my entrance hall ceiling, which I had to fix. They left holes around the panels on my roof, which I had to fix. They did not fit an outlet for the geyser, that I only discovered later and had to fix. The work was never inspected by Joe Hann. The system has a ten year warranty and Suntank recommends a yearly service, which includes waterproofing my roof. Not mentioned in the warranty is the cost of the yearly service: R 976.50! They left holes in my roof and want to inspect the waterproofing?
