Eazyway Kitchens & Boards
Is "" and " professional jargon?

Gavin Toop accepted an order on 13 Nov 2012 on physical samples provided (1 cupboard door 1 hinge), printed order is on record.
I made payment of R480.00 in advance.
Gavin Toop promised to deliver in about a week.
No return calls on a number of messages left with EazyWay Kitchens, querying delivery.
Delivery time exceeded threefold.
Hinges delivered were not to specs of the samples: the new door does not fit the purpose.
Gavin Toop was unable to make good and deliver the goods specified ("those hinges are no longer available").
Gavin Toop agreed to arrange a refund on return of the goods; I accepted and thanked him for the offer.
Gavin Toop personally received the returned goods on 12 February 2013, receipt signed by him is on record.
To date, 22 Feb 2013, I am still waiting for the refund or PoP.
Two emails requesting proof of payment left unanswered.
Response to my third email ("It's amazing how people stay in business... Can't even call them "Loosers" because they sit with my money.") started with "Please don't Send me emails", and later "... you send emails...".
Customer relations is Gavin Toop's strong point!
Full Email corresp. of the 3 month saga on record.
