UFO Took our couches to leather glo international to do repair work on our bonded leather couches with a year warranty on the work. 9months into th warranty th sofas started cracking again. We contacted the supplier, who accused us of using a sharp object on th couches when 1 can clearly see that the sofas have started cracking & peelibg off in 4 different places instead they want us to pay for the repairs. We found out that Leather glo international at their"discretion" decided to use vinyl as thy thought that bond leather would be damaged again, we were not consulted.
