I had paid NJR Roofing in full for the manufacture and installation of my roof for my new home. They had completed the installation and left, only for me to find out a few days later that there was a leak on the roof. So I contacted Jerry, the manager, who assured me that he would get the guys out there immediately to sort it out. 6 months later and about 30 calls the roof still isn't fixed. So to me this is terrible service and in my opinion is actually as they did not complete the job to 100% satisfaction and standards but they banked the money. So I have now given up on them and have hired somebody else to repair the roof at my cost. So I would just like to make the community aware of the poor service offered by NJR Roofing so that they won't fool anybody else.
