Very bad service and workmanship. after Lie

Herman quoted on a gate, pedestrian gate, keypad and intercom system. I paid my deposit of R10, 800 The job was booked for the Wednesday, he did not pitch for two days. When I finally got hold of him by setting my phone on private number, he told me that his team had mistakenly fitted my gate somewhere else. The and the postponement of the work continued for about a month. Finally the work was finished after two months instead of a week. I have the following issues, with no luck of Herman returning my calls:

o Gate motor's gears catches on the side of the track and makes a terrible noise when gate moves
o Wiring of the gate motor and the intercom is illegal
o Gate does not line up and keeps opening
o Gate is already rusting after only one month
o Finishes on the gate are terrible
o Caps on open ends were never put on
o Gate motor stopped working
o Keypad is not set in and is not working
o Intercom does not open the gate
o Wiring of the gate sensor is lying open on the ground
o Gate track is not supported and it's causing the wall to crack
o Pedestrian gate's frame is pulling away from the wall

Stay away from Herman and Sentinel, dealing with him was a nightmare!
