Universal Roofing was contracted in May 2012 last year to repair a leaking roof at my home.
The repair cost amounted to R16 416.00
To date the roof still leaks.
Universal Roofing has been to my premises twice subsequently to patch the roof. However, my roof still leaks.
My major complaint is getting Universal Roofing to respond.
When eventually succeeding (after much difficulty and repeatedly explaning the same scenario over and over again) in making an appointment, they just don't bother pitching up. This is after I have made arrangements to be at home when they arrive which causes huge inconvenience. They have made many promises over the phone, but in reality I get no response to remedying the problem.
Essentially I have paid R16 416.00 to repair a leak which Universal Roofing is unable to fix. I'm now frustrated in attempting to get them to respond and really not sure what I should do next.
