My fridge stopped working i called them out to have a look. They told me the compressor was damaged and a new one needed for which they quoted me R2700.00. Seeing that i had paid R3200.00 for fridge i told them its not worth it i will get another fridge. I went and bought a new fridge. A day later i went to dispose of this fridge when the gentleman there offered to check it only to discover that there was a gas pipe leak for which he charged me R600.00 and fridge is fine. I also paid them R400.00 call out fee. Either their technicians are incompetent or dishonest. I bought a new fridge for nothing and paid them a call-out fee as well.
