I had (actually have) an issue with my gate motor. I used the suppliers website to find installers to come repair the unit. The email automatically copies on a suppliers contact and the following Monday Vimal contacted me asking if I had a response from the installers. That in itself is great - however he contacted me every few days to make sure I am happy. I really cant say much about the installers involved but Vimal's vigilance and follow ups were really exceptional. South Africa just has no service these days and i am so glad to see that some people still step up to the plate!
