Complaint - Wayne Beuthin of Beucon Construction is the worse builder you can ever use. He is a builder at Waterfall and now Blue Hills Estate. He cannot complete a project on time. He is incompetent-no idea how he is even in the Building industry. Ask him for referral's - you will not get one person who will say anything good about him. Wayne Beuthin of Beucon Construction is a good talker, makes tons of promises and offers to build your home at the cheapest price but he will not be able to do it. Wayne Beuthing of Beucon Construction uses cheap labour and cheap materials. Almost all his suppliers refuses to work with him as he does not pay his suppliers. He changes suppliers all the time as he is unethical when he doesn't pay them. Biggest immature liar you will come across. Save yourself - don't use Wayne Beuthin/ Beucon Construction. He takes an upfront payment and does not use your money on your home, he uses your upfront payment to use on his legal fee's with other owners or for others houses to prevent legal action against him. He is a fraud, thief and a liar. Your house will not be complete. You will fire Wayne Beuthin and take legal action against him. if he does complete your home by some miracle, you will find many defects which he will refuse to fix even a year or 2 later.
