Building Renovations - lack of delivery, job not completed and deposits in place and monies owed through non delivery, bad supervision and lack of communication with home owner.
Delivery of project commissioned was spasmodic, unprofessional and a complete lack of respect to delivery once deposits in place. Monies taken by Alain Van Achter and not delivered to the value leaving no alternative but to source outside sub-contractors and owner being out of pocket to complete project. Alain does not honour his commitments nor has any fear of legal systems.
