The man who runs this operation, Johan Van Der Merwe is a total. There are a few people who I now see used him at the end of last year, who had the same experience as us. He took a 60% deposit from us and failed to turn up. He then said he wasnt keen to do the job and would pay me back my money... its February and we are still waiting. He uses his brother, who is a magistrate, as a reference. Herman Van Der Merwe. He must know what his brother is doing but takes no responsibility for recommending him. It looks like Gumtree have been made aware of him as there is no more sign of his adverting on their site.
DO NOT USE HIM, no matter how smooth he comes across.
