In December I placed an order for 3 aluminium windows and a patio door with black frames. When I placed the order we made an upfront payment for all the above. We were advised that it would take about a week to have the order ready for installation. A week before all the factories broke up, they phoned my husband advising that they are ready to install the windows which were grey and not black. I refused to accept the order because I was specific when placing the order that it should be black. They advised that they will only be able to have the order ready the 2nd week of January when all the factories have re-opened. For three weeks now, we have been promised that the windows will be installed the Wednesday and for two weeks they have failed to honour yet another promise. It is Wednesday again and we were advised last week that it will be installed this week Wednesday. Till this very minute there is no serviceman ready to install and the office has yet to confirm where the serviceman is that will do the installation. They tried to postpone again but I refuse to accept another date and have requested a refund if not installed today. Totally and utterly disgusted with the service.
