On 29/5/13 Dricon Electrical Solutions cc, T/a Independent Electrical Inspection Services (IEIS) was paid R2500 to provide the Electric Fence Systems Installer (EFSI) training as advertised in terms of the Department of Labour specifications. This training is compulsary for anyone wishing to install electric fencing systems as they are required by law to issue a Certificate of Compliance.
On 13/6/13 Nico van den Berg informed me that he will not be able to provide the training as he was not registered with the Department of Labour. On 26/7/13 he was sent a request for a refund as well as proof of payment.
Despite several attempts to contact him and several e-mails he has made no attempt to re-imburse me. His misrepresentations has further cost me R7500 which I had to pay to Electrical Skills cc which was the only alternative at the time for accredited training. I have recently obtained legal advise and will be proceeding against him accordingly.
