After some research I appointed SA paving to complete my driveway paving. The company appeared to be well established and most importantly offered a 20 year warranty. Since having the paving work completed, I have had them back onsite about 7 times (in 4 years) to fix the sinking and dislodging of the paving. The workmanship was not professional. I was told by the salesman the cobble stone option was the best at the time. The paving has discoloured and is an eyesore. I was also promised that the cobble would be cleaned by them and all I had to do was pay for the sealant which was never sent to me. To no surprise the problem presented itself again in Decmeber 2013. I tried in vain to contact the Durban branch only to find out that SA paving no longer operates in KZN. I contacted Emilio Montanari who promised to have my problem fixed. Its been 4 weeks going with no response. I would like to know from SA paving how do they propose to keep up to their promise regarding the warranty if they no longer operate in KZN and if they are ever going to sort out the premature discolouration of the cobble stone.
