I am looking for a flat to rent and found out that there is a new development taking place at Orlando East called Orlando-Ekhaya. I contacted the number 011 406 7300 and spoke to three different RUDE ladies who kept passing me from one person to another without a warning. I just wanted to find out how I can go about applying for staying there that's all. I did not receive any help what so ever. The first lady told me its full, the second lady said it's for students only and the third lady said they don't allow public tenants to apply as the place is reserved only for UJ students. I phoned again today and spoke to a very rude lady once again who hung up on me while I was asking.
Please can you assist me in giving me helpful information on how I should go about applying?
The lady that I spoke to today is Pauline and she did not give me the full information. She sounded very irritable over the phone and she hung up on me as I was busy speaking to her. That is very rude to hang up on clients while they seek help. I got Pauline's name from a very friendly, professional lady who apologised on her behalf - I pressed the option 9, it then passed me through to her.
