We wanted to create a lovely relaxing outdoor entertainment area, a roof that would join up to our existing house.
Christian assured us that he was able to build the roof. We of course believed him and were given a 1 year guarantee on the workmanship.
Well, to our horror once the rains came we had huge leaks in our ceiling, the water was pouring through the light fittings. We contacted Christian via email and received no response. We than phoned him and were assured that they would come through to view the issues. After quite some time one man arrived to inspect, he proceeded to 'patch up' the roof and left. Well more rain and more leaks!
We phoned Christian and he was exceptionally rude and stated that he was busy with construction on his own home and was unable to assist us and that he did not guarantee us that the roof would not leak. I am sorry, but is one of the main requirements of a roof not that it does not leak?!!
We have had to tear the ceiling down as it has now been so badly damaged from the water.
10 months later still no joy!
Christian is very willing to take your money, and talk a whole lot of bull*#! but being a competent builder, well the proof is in the roof!?
