Box 32107, Braamfontein, 2017, V.A.T Reg Number 4880207487, No known physical adrdess, as the staff on the switch board refuse to give it - Charging R 3 500-00 for a 10 minute Installation on Friday 28/09/2013 of a R 800-00 "Cobra High Pressure Valve" which is the actual retail price to my surprise, found out on Saturday 29/09/2013, turning out to have no high pressure. They indicate on the web [URL Removed] Tel: 072 388 3953, that they charge no call out fees, so if this is true their labour cost for 10 minutes worked out to R 2 700-00. Clearly I am in the wrong line off business and should become a plumber. When contacting their office Tel : (011) 885 3040 the staff answering the phone refuses to give Mr. Oscar Dennis, e-mail address, direct tel number and / or to put me through to him to be able to resolve the issue. I am placing this on the net as an consumer who have the right within 7 days to request them to come and remove their valve and reimburse me the R 3 500-00.
