We undertook a huge renovation project and we decided to use this company for our showers and an internal bathroom wall/door. They were eager and came to quote. We received their quote on the 13 June 2013. Payment of 70% of the deposit was paid to them on the 22 June as acceptance of their quote. They then came in to start the job. It took a couple of days for 2 of their staff to install the main en suite shower which is still not completed as there are numerous problems with the reinforced glass and the bad workmanship of this installation. They have also been back 4 times to install the shower in the 2nd bathroom and to date, it is still not in as every time they arrive there seems to be some sort of problem with the glass not being correct and having to be re-cut. The 3rd bathroom wall/door has, miracle of miracles, been installed. So, we have effectively waited (and are still waiting) for nearly 2 months for 2 very expensive glass showers to be installed to the level of workmanship that one would expect when you are paying over R20 000-00 for the 2 said showers. Numerous phone calls and promises later, we are still waiting for our job to be completed.
