Our house was broken into on 9/10/2013.Security gate forces open and Egen Maintenance was appointed by Discovery Ensure for the repair work. They came to our house for the first time on 11/10/2013.After numerous phone calls a gate was fitted on the 30/10. This gate looked disgusting and Christo Kemp agreed to this and that a new gate would be made. A new gate was fitted to our house on the 12/12 still not the finished product seeing that it still needs to go for epoxy coating. I was called on 16/01/2014 and asked if I would still like the gate to go for epoxy coating. This was the original agreement. I have to say that this company has no skills in working with customers. I would like to stress that after 3 months i still don't have a finished product and that the workmanship of this company is very poor. I do hope that Discovery Ensure makes sure about the companies they appoint for this kind of work because this company cannot deliver on the promises they make. I also have to stress that Christo Kemp continuously stating that he has spoken to me and then he hasn't and I am just at the end of my rope and hope DIscovery will never use this company again
