12 December 2013 I purchase two sets of glass doors to be installed by Light House Glass and Aluminium. after several phone calls and emails send to Ansie the sales rep at the company I got written confirmation that if I pay the 90% deposit Light House Glass and Aluminium will install the doors within 3 working days.
money was paid over and proof of payment send to Light House Glass and Aluminium. Ansie again promised that the doors will be installed within 3 working days. After several phone calls over the next few weeks and a visit to Light House Glass and Aluminium, whereby Stefan Visser promised to refund me the next day the money is not paid back and the doors is still not installed.
I then contacted Stefan Visser again whereby he said that he is not going to install the doors as my wife threatened him. he also said that he knows my type that I will attack him. I then intern replied that my type paid over R9000-00 in cash for him to install the doors.
a case at the NATIONAL CONSUMER ACT HAS BEEN OPENED and that Light House Glass and Aluminium will be summoned to court.
