I recently (Mid November 2013) hired the services of Ty's Balustrades to install a swimming pool fence (stainless steel posts and glass), I went with him as he assured us that he could get the job done within the timeframe specified.
My swimming pool was set to be completed mid December, and I have two small children, as well as living in a complex, so was very concerned about safety.
Tyrone Albreht (the owner) appeared very professional at first, and the stainless steel posts were delivered to site and installed on time. That's where the professionalism ended.
my pool was finished and filled up, but still no glass. Tyrone blamed the glass suppliers, and said that because it was late in the year, they had been unable to supply the glass.
To date I still do not have my fence around my swimming pool, Tyrone has now stopped taking calls, or answering emails.
I have paid according to the T's & C's of his contract, and yet no sign of the glass, or any word on final installation. He has 70% of the payment and has done 20% of the work.
Avoid this company at all costs, I will be taking legal action against this company as a matter of princilple.
