On the 5th of November the above company installed a new airconditioner and serviced four airconditioning units in my home. 3 out of the 4 airconditioning units are not working. I have being trying to get hold of the company since the 27th of December with no success. The times I did get through I was advised by Welcome that he would be coming through to fix them. He has not arrived and is not taking my calls. I was recommended this company by a friend. I have contacted my friend and her network and have advised them not to use this company due to their poor service and terrible workmanship. I am now forced to spend more many on finding another airconditioning company to come in and fix the initial work that was meant to have been done.
