I need 4 air conditioners installed and would like Samsung units and I have 1 Samsung for servicing. I spoke to Caroline and said to her I require a quotation on a 12000 btu and a 9000 btu but I don't now about the lounge and kitchen for the areas are very big and I would need advise and recommendations on the unit sizes. First she phone back to tel me they can see me next week then I replied I would be out of the country then she phoned back and advised me that they can see me Thursday and I will have to pay R450.oo for the quotation If this is how a Samsung dealer operate I will not fit Samsung air cons in my house or ever use or recommend them
