I recently had my roof done by Rooftech, a company I have used twice before but never again. Didn't do the job according to the quote I signed; didn't do the job properly - left one whole row of the old material on the roof and thought I wouldn't notice; made a mess, by using silicant sealant (which everyone knows doesn't work) when I asked them to correct/repair a mess they had already made. Owner blamed me that they ran out of material on the 2nd day (I supposedly took too long to sign the quote (2 days!)) as well as several other times. When I didn't pay the remaining balance straight away on completion, as I was putting together a snag list, the owner got extremely nasty, threatened court orders, and said she would remove their materials. She was incorrect legally, when I pointed this out to her she wasn't happy. Now she wants to come back to repair the mess they have made!!! She is still blaming me for everything and coming up with all types of excuses.
Don't use this company - in my experience they don't know what they are doing, there is no proper supervision of the work and they don't clear up properly afterwards and have no respect for other people's property.
