The builder uses clients funds to fund other projects or his own expenses and i had to finish the house on my own cost. He promises that there is big money coming in and he only needs a certain amount to complete the job. It is now 7 months since he promised that the big money will come in and still nothing happened. I am still finishing the snag list on my own cost. The builder just turned his back on the situation. He has n client in Ou baai which has exactly the same problem as mine. The same promises with no results. he also told the contractors that he can not pay them for I did not pay him. He received the payments and I showed all the contractors the proof, but it still puts me in a bad light. I will not suggest this buider to anyone.
