I had my pool re-done with marbelite about four years ago. At the time I complained about the workmanship and poor finishing of the pool. Not one senior person came to inspect and then I was told that I have to fill the pool immediately as the marbelite will get damaged if it remains dry for too long. With the water in the pool the poor surface could not be seen.
Now the marbelite has degraded badly and I am once again reminded of the poor quality of their workmanship and unwilling attitude to help.
I wonder what excuses they will dream up not to repair the pool under the warranty?
I will NEVER refer anyone to Penguin Pools.
