Friday my husband called Rays Refrigeration, Friday pm we are told that the Samsung fridge of ours must have the ice machine replaced. Saturday am my son discovers the whole fridge is now not working. We are away and told sorry Ray's can only attend to the fridge on Tuesday 17th. We arrive back from a long weekend having to empty our fridge and freezer everything off!!!I call Ray's and Fiona answers, what an attitude!!! I mentioned I would go to Hello Peter and tweet and she told me to go ahead!!! Well Ray's Refrigeration when you ask someone to look at your ice making machine and you end up with a fridge not working and everything having to be thrown away all I can say is what a poor show and even worse such shoddy service
