As my geyser burst yet again for the 3rd time I was informed by my insurance Outsurance that I have an access of R1800. Upon querying that, as the previous time the geyser burst 3.5 years ago, I was advice the when previously replacing the geyser it did not took on a new 5 year guarantee but continue with the first geyser that was replace and thus the reason why the geyser is not under guarantee any more and that is the conditions of the Quikcote plumbers. Nowhere do you get this kind of guarantee or do Quikcote do it this way as they know they do not provide quality products, seeing I had to replace 2 geysers from them in 5 years. So be care full of Quikcote plumbers, new product old guarantee. Outsurance you need to check your outsource company as this is unfair treatment for your clients. Make sure when choosing insurance not even Outsurance are willing to protect me on this matter.
