I made use of 'The Cleaning Ladies' to perform a pre-occupation clean of my new home at a cost of R 1800 to perform the cleaning and R 850 to clean the carpets. I have had terrible service from them. The house was not cleaned properly (as evident by the cooking fat still hanging off the fan of the stove top extractor hood, thick dust and grime on the light fittings, dusty cupboard shelves and numerous dirty marks on the walls including finger prints). The company was not able to perform the service on the day that I booked as a result of unforeseen circumstances on their part, however, subsequent attempts to re-arrange a suitable time for them to clean the property were also problematic with the company providing numerous excuses as to why they could not come and complete the job including a team member being ill and a broken carpet cleaning machine, all the while with very little communication provided by the company and with myself having to do all the follow-up to find out where they are and when they are coming. The company has further not honoured its guarantee to return to re-do its unsatisfactory work. Please don't support this company-you will find yourself disappointed
