We got concept carpets and flooring to replace carpets in 2 bedrooms. The fitment was poor and the edges of the carpeting were not securely fixed. This was possibly due to them re-using many of the old carpet fixture strips.
The old metal door strips were also re-used. The end result was an unacceptable job. On calling Greg the manager to meet with me on site he informed me he was unavailable, and said once we put furniture in it will look better.
