Indoor Electrical and Plumbing did some emergency repairs on the 27th of Octobor after a lightning strike resuting in a electrical surge which caused R13500 of damage to my 3 phase distribution board. They demanded payment upfront before the repairs would be made. Having trusted them (foolish of me) I made the payment via EFT on the promise from them that they (according to the technician) would handle all the potential insurance claim requirments.
To date (6 December) they have not responded to any of my request for assistance including recovery of the salvaged items which they removed from my premisis, which is now required by the insurance company before they will considder re-imbursing me for the expense.
