Cape Pool Heating were the cheapest quote, clearly for a reason. Trevor sent an installation team on 22/11/2013 to install 3 panels as this would be sufficient to make our 2m x 3m pool "piping hot", within 2 days. The team broke a ceiling board, as an aside. We paid the team R1000 cash as they left and paid the outstanding amount via EFT, same day. After 3 days there was no change in the pool temperature. We phoned Trevor and he told us that he has been in the business for many years and was extremely rude. He personally came on 26/11/2013 and duely apologised, as the system had actually been installed incorrectly! He sent his team to fix it, not himself and said that it would be "piping hot" within 2 days! A full week later, there is no change in the pool temperature and our electricity bill has been very high due to running the pool pump for an extended time to try heat the pool. Upon our insistance, he sent his team on 5/12/2013 to fix it again but they couldn't find the problem. We told him to refund us and take his system down, to which we were sworn at and verbally abused! We are awaiting our refund and the removal of the system! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
