On the 14/08/13 a contract was signed between me and Mr. Hunter to do verious building projects at my house in Secunda and was suppose to end 15/11/13. Due to pour workmanship on our pool an addendum was signed in September and the date of completion changed to the15/10/13. The building of the flat started and we had numerous problems with the quality of work been done, geyser leaking, tiles being mixed and matched in the bedroom and lounge, cupboards in the house being damaged, cupbaords not even finished, different colour tipes of grout used in the bathroom, no fittings for taps, no shower head, roof was leaking, electrical feed to flat was done wrong. Tiles in the bedroom has been sorted out! Swimming pool roof are still leaking and my paving has also not been done. Cupboards in our house not done proffesional and not finished. Monies paid to builder, about R228000, now he wants me to pay another R14000 before work will be completed. I only owe him money from the snaglist, R8000 was set aside and to be paid when all work was completed and he is refusing to come back untill that money is paid.
This person is our money! Will never make use of this company and CEO
