Technicians from this company serviced our aircon and it worked fine (as it had before the service). We then asked them to move the sensor from inside the roof (where they put it!?) to inside the room so that it would more effectively adjust temperature to our needs. They fiddled around and then left in a hurry saying they needed parts. After they left we tried to turn it on and it did not work. We contacted Absolute Chilled and spoke to Dawn who apologised and said she would send a senior technician today (28/11) as there was no one available yesterday (27/11). However, no one arrived, even though we went out of our way to make sure someone was available at the house all day. After 4pm my husband phoned and Dawn cut him off, and he phoned again and she did not seem to know what he was talking about. When finally she understood, she said she would contact the technician and phone back. She did not phone back. This service is shocking.
