I logged 3 complaints to the build it customer service help desk and up until today i never recieved and feedback and i am so disgusted in the service i have recieved at this newly opened store and will not go there again or even recommend any customers to that store.you get qouted on stuff and when you go they give you differernt stuff and just expect you to pay and i dont agree with that, they dont even have the decency to tell you that there building sand and crush stone must be bought seperatley how pathetic, then i go to the store and find the owners son that is very rude and still have the decency to push me out of hes way while we were walking down the stairs then he screams at me in front of customers outside telling me to go to hello peter and see how far i get..if you call that service then i dont know what about the head office that recived my complaint thrice and never responded, its all a money making business, service is pathetic..
