After a year of having Crystal Clear Pools into my premises to renovate my swimming pool. The swimming pool is still in a mess. The mosiacs are 2 different colours, the marbelite is rough and you can cut your feet on it. The pool grows moss. The heat pump has never been replaced. And even though Jarrod Len has promised to fix up the pool, he has only avoided the situation and continues to insult me and my family to their faces on a personal level. Thisd company is incompetent, and Jarrod Len is a disaster to deal with.
Do youself a favour and do your homework before using Jarrod Len from Crystal Clear Pools - he has a very bad name in the industry.
