I chose Totem as i had heard they were a good supplier, that would bring my dream kitchen to life. This was a BAD choice and i recommend any potential customers to be careful!
I don't know where to start because everything was a disaster, they even measured the kitchen incorrectly by 30cm on every wall! They then realised they had made cupboards that wouldn't fit.
The cupboard's were installed so terribly and the quality was disastrous (Fitted cupboards that were broken) especially for a R400 000 Kitchen i had paid for! i have waited 5 Months for my job to be completed with no compensation or an apology and when i met with the owners they were unhelpful and unbelievably arrogant. This was a huge mistake and i hope no one else will fall into this trap as i did! I will be redoing my kitchen as it is far from what was promised!
