We paid mojo money to come & fix all our roof leaking problems. he gave us a 3year guarantee on the job and that is why we chose him above all other companies. he came to fix the 1 problem, not yet knowing if it was really fixed or not as we were waiting for the next rain to come. we then gave him another leaking problem, the slate roof, which we paid him for and he came to fix it as well. then it rained & the leaking problems were not fixed. We asked him to come through & fix the problem, which he then came through twice. Then he didn't come again. winter came, no problems. then first rain after winter, called him & he promised to come, but never pitched. then called him again, & he said he will come & again never pitched. he also said that he doesn't know what to do anymore & cannot fix the problem, but he gave us a 3 year guarantee. how do you pay someone in full & then he refuses to actually fix the problem? now it's raining more & more damages are happening & he is refusing to come & fix the problem or pay us our money back. how does this work, can I not keep him responsible for this??? surely we must be protected against people like this. we lost thousands of rands, thousands
