Dishonested, biggest rip off

I paid anthony of mach ar steel in june 2013 for aluminuim windows. i paid him R15750.00. he was suppose to install within a week. until today he has not. i have phoned him daily. everytime he says i am on my way or tomorrow. i requested a refund. until today he has not refunded me. never deal with him. he is the biggest ripp off. you will just loose your money. 0110238479 / 082 299 0046. deville and marais str, langlaagte
