We are expecting our first born so our guest room required a makeover. Off to builders to get supplies on Monday the 11th. Purchased 2 Melamine boards at 08:14 and provided the info for the cutting. I was informed that they are busy as apparently there was a special on these boards and contractors bought a large amount that requires being cut. It will not be cut while I wait, will contact me when it is done in about 2 days. Each day I returned just to check on progress. Murphy's Law each day upon arrival no cutting was done. Nobody could advise when. Wednesday morning (today) I again returned only to find my papers at the exact same spot but with a large amount of other orders (Much Larger) added. Again no cutting was done and I asked when my order will be finished. "maybe Saturday" This is unacceptable. If you are running behind one would think that good management will pick it up and direct their attention to the problem and have the time be put in. Clearly the attention is only on the contractors and not the private John Doe.
