Ive been a customer with Kleen bin for over a year. I only once had a problem, which the office sorted out. Today, I missed the dirt collections, because they came at 6am when everyone was asleep. My bin was full with grass cuttings, my moms empty, so I swopped bins with her. I told the driver, and immidiately he told the worker to cease cleaning it. I asked why, and he hissed, while going back into his bakkie, that its not allowed. I said I didnt know. He drove off before I could explain. I phoned the office, and told them the story. The lady said its not allowed. Was I supposed to ask them to tip my dirt next to my house while they clean my bin? Was I supposed to not say anything, while they clean my moms bin? My bin is standing at my moms house, full, while I have the loan of hers till next week Tuesday. I feel that they should of handled this matter more professionally, and not treated me as a criminal. I want nothing more to do with a rude driver, and a company which never stated this in the past, and could not see my dillema for what it was. I did not intentionally misuse their service at any point. I feel like a victim, and its not acceptable.
